The Trenholm Roadrunners
Come Run - and Walk - with Us!
Who We Are:
We are the Trenholm Roadrunners, a running and walking group of all ages and abilities. No matter how far, fast or "not fast" you run, we have a training group for you. If you are interested in becoming a member, please click here to register. Everyone is welcome!
Summer Training:
The racing season might be over, but the Trenholm Roadrunners are still off and running. We will continue to meet for group runs on Saturday mornings during the summer. Times and locations will vary and will be announced via weekly emails to the group. If you would like to receive group emails, please register here or email Will Britt or Barrie Kirk.
Fall Training:
After the summer, the Trenholm Roadrunners will again train for upcoming Fall races. We anticipate training groups for multiple skill levels and race distances, including Walkers, Couch-to-5K, 5K, 12K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon. If you are interested, please continue to check back with our webpage for announcements, or register for our weekly group emails. We hope you will join us!

Why run with us?
Let's face it - staying motivated to exercise is a challenge. When you go it alone, it is easy to let little things become big excuses to stay on the couch. But, when you exercise with a group, not only does it increase motivation, but it creates accountability. Henry Ford once said, "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." We are a friendly group of people of all ages and abilities who share at least one thing in common - we want to run. Come run - and walk - with us, and together we will help each other achieve our goals.
